Rapid rhythm, plus full vocal melody, there's very little in terms of instrumental melody, which is done to invoke this sort of a tropical vibe, in which rhythm is key. It lets their vocal ability shine, too, it's a great choice.

The best I can describe this new aespa song is "how to make a generic song not sound too generic". Those strings and synths on the prechorus sound so heavenly and beautiful, and the little changes on the percussion for each chorus make this song truly unique. Very clever decisions by the producers. I've heard the teaser and I was scared because it sounded too bland, but luckily it wasn't.
I loved it. Might be my favorite Aespa title track. That break down where they utilize their deep chest voices rally solidified my awe my awe when listening to the song. the backing vocals in that part and at the end that are going "No" as a response to the main vocal is sooooo beautiful with the harmonies and what not. I really didn't expect to love the song as much as I do. It's perfect for an English single, I really love it
I loved the dynamics of the percussions mixed with the deeper vocals and how lowkey it was, it sounded very sultry and sensual while still keeping that little quirk and experimentation that aespa usually has!!

this song was originally written for raye which is why it doesn’t sound like an aespa song but they ate so bad like this sound is so good on them
