I know this is an older thread. But I had the 2014 Breakout FXSB completely tricked out with V&H big radius 2 into 2 pipes. all custom everything. 103.Unfortunately I crashed in November 2021 and totaled the bike and was in a wheelchair for 5 months. steel plate and 9 screws holding my right lower leg. (tibia) But I was wearing all the proper gear (ATGATT) after recovery I bought the 2017 Breakout CVO Pro street FXSE 110 Screaming Eagle in Red/black fade or as they call it. Scorched Apple. The Cvo Breakout 110 with all the features seen in the above video are killer. The CVO version handles better and the 110 has way more torque than the 103. it's blacked out and loud as hell. While I loved my first Breakout, the CVO version is the Cadillac of breakouts. I love it and would never go back to the regular breakout. so many little features as well that just make the CVO superior. The regular breakout is still a damn good bike and if you can't afford the cvo version but like the Breakout look. then get the regular breakout. so many upgrades you can do to it.
The 2014 one is awesome, why they don't use that style anymore... The chrome, the wheels, the looks of the 2014 is the perfect Harley...
2014 came with blacked out wheels and a weird Hawaiian paint job. You meant 2013.
I've just bought one in Scotland! My first Harley. I get it mid November and I'm a tad excited.
Cool. Enjoy my friend.
The old one is a lot nicer. It is definitely one of the best looking bikes I've ever saw.
Nice video. Glad you started it up for us too.
I would not be too thrilled seeing this beauty if it had many miles on the clock.
Let the purchaser of this new CVO Pro Street Breakout ride it away with low miles on it.
Leave it with 4 miles on the clock.
Anyone know the reason why HD stopped doing clear over polished steel? Shiny nickel for you if your'e correct.
Great comparison between the two CVO Breakouts. Nice to see them together like that. Looking forward to seeing you do a demo ride vid too, if you get the chance. I was going to get the 2016 Fatboy S, but then I saw this. I'm torn between the two, but I'm leaning towards this Pro Street Breakout. But the money I'd save on the Fatboy S could be spent on a Stage V Tire Shredder. Then again, I could wait a year, and put a Stage V on this Breakout ... Don't mind me. I'm just losing my mind.
+Mark Desborough Haha Seems like you got a tough decision. I'll work on getting those Test Ride videos Produced.
This bike knocked me off my feet! Gorgeous, muscular, and sexy as hell. That gloss black engine treatment...Dang! I seems to have taken some ques (rear end/Stance)from the V Rod Muscle. I like the seat and sissy bar on the '014.
Love that they went with a inverted fork instead of the conventional forks
New to the game, I don’t understand the difference they look the same to me, I’m obviously missing something here
Hello there , do you think a 2014 breakout frame can be use on a 2016 breakout fxse. ?
Probably. It’s the same frame. The frame changed in 2018.
Thanks for the nice video on The Breakout Pro Street. It is a nice looking bike. Are you going to do a demo ride with video?
+Clint Young I'll probably do a test ride soon. I try not to test ride new bikes (out of respect for whoever buys it). So maybe I can get a demo soon.
Nice video. Just wondering though, what are those two tubes/lines/hoses w/e on the top of the fuel tank?
They act as vents for gas fumes. They are mostly decorative though.
+zeallistic so why don't other bikes have them?
Jeremiah Mckenna Other bikes do have them. They are just a lot less conspicuous. The CVO Breakout just uses them as more of an Overkill Cosmetic opportunity.
+zeallistic makes sense.
Can you do a video on the new Roadster 1200 that was just released?
Yes, as soon as I get one I'll do a test ride and review on one.
+zeallistic Thanks! I currently have a 2015 Iron and curious about how the new roadster handles.
2014 still really look better...prefer 2014....greats design
The harley davidson cvo 2014 is the best.
does the lowrider s have the same key fob?
No it does not. The dyna low rider S has the normal fob and barrel key.
Thank you
Cool
Better with the engine in chrome version.
For me, the cvo is a lot better looking than the cvo pro street, cus it doesn't feel like a HD.
I want to see them stuff a new 114 into a breakout.
I've got what I think is the meanest of all breakouts. CVO 117 Screaming Eagle Breakout. Boom Audio, with low rise back bar, touring gel passenger seat, and it's a stage 4, with 2 into 1 exhaust v/h. Picked up to 150mph and still had alot of POWER left.. I'm working towards tucking the seats with dark beige alligator center seats
the new bike is nice but the older bike is just sex on wheels...........
Awesomest ugliest bike I've ever seen.
