    Hey man, i have one GTX 1080 Ti, is it worth changing the 1440p / 165hz monitor for a 4k / 60hz g-sync?

I have a 1440p 165hz monitor too and I don't think it's worth the change with a 1080ti unless you don't mind turning down some settings to reach 60fps. I've tried alot of games and the 1080ti can't max out alot of today's games in 4k without turning down settings.

What happens if you lower shadow's quality a bit down ? Has it a big effect on the framerate ?

I tried lowering settings little by little to try and get 4k 60fps and had to turn it down to these settings to even get 4k 60 imgur.com/aRxWWBN

@@lJaYI Why on earth would you have had to turn texture quality down?

@Arrow Knee I thought the same so I kept them on ultra at first, textures were the last thing I turned down. I noticed a 1-3 fps drop in certain areas with it on ultra and high until I turned it down to normal. The new drivers doesn't seem to have this problem anymore though and I don't see those fps drops anymore when I turn the textures up to ultra.
