As always, very pleased to see your videos, used to keep watching callasmar series for.the expansion until I got mine copy and it is awesome! Now I can check the next scenario I will play to do it right. Can't wait to see part 03! Love your series!
Blame UA-cam for the abrupt ending. Lately youtube has been randomly stopping during playback of longer videos. Just refresh the whole browser and you'll see the full video length again.
Hello! Like the previous Mage Knight playthrough, always a fun to watch! I've just bought the exp and read in the rules that combat against multiple units has been a bit changed perhaps adding a little dificulty for the solo player. We'll see!
Hi Stasia. That's right.. the indecisive units only respond when Valkare draws wound card - that's when you roll Vaolkare's dice to check if an indecisive unit flees (note: in this scenario they do not join Volkare, they just leave the game).
Waiting for EP03!!! I just completed this scenario today, volkare went to the portal really fast and I had to take him down on the second night. Very nice game! Got 179 pts
I am a bit confused. Why when Volkare rolled the black die did the indecisive unit not join him? I am sure it is a rule I am overlooking. It is just the die that belongs to him that counts?
Hey Ricky, as usual your videos are simply awesome, was so much looking forward to the expansion. I was actually trying to watch the video again but for some reason, EP01 stops at 7:28, strange, he?!
Hi, I'm new to this game and really appreciate your walkthroughs. One question: at 9:57 , where the card says 'Gain a crystal of any color to your Inventory', and you chose red, should that crystal stay in the Inventory or get recycled at the end of the turn?
I’m a bit confused. At 18:28 you’re moving Volkare for the first time, over water. (I understand terrain doesn’t matter/count.) But if you look at the reference card you’re holding in your hand, you can see the green arrow shows first move off Volkare’s camp goes *left* of that - does not proceed over water.....
It was the ghost of Tovak from my last play. Man, timewise, it takes we a ton more time. Each episode is probably about 1 to 2 hours of filming, which would fit a whole game in without filming. Editing is more time on top. That's why I normally only manage 1 ep per week.
I just bought the expansion, and I am in the progess of learning the new stuff. Do I understand this correct, that you are allowed to make a interaction, and then move afterwards, where in the core game, If you had to move, it should be the first thing? - I missing some examples in the rulebook =/ - thanks for some great videos!
Loving the questions. Btw.... I just bought the base game (haven't played it yet). I read about the expansion and learnt about some (possibly) new rules??? Are they new or just a re-haul of some of the existing rules to make them less ambiguous? Would you recommend playing It that way with the base game so when I do get the expansion I'm well versed in the changes.
the new rules just qualify a few things... there are no big changes... the one which actaully changes things, is to say that cards that generate movement can be usd outside of the movement phase, just not for actual moving spaces, (e.g. when move points can be converted into combat effects). So, the base game as it is, is just fine!
Was that a bug that ran across the orange mage knight card @:44? LoL Great video ricky as always how much time would you say it takes to record yourself playing the game as apposed to regular play? Cheers!
Volkare has his own round marker , there is no need to use other mage round marker, look closer in the box , it must be there . I failed this scenario , i do not like this new hero at all, always i find myself lacking attack power when i play Wolfhawk.

that is amazing. Thanks for your efforts. These mage knight series have been outstanding!
The more I watch the more I believe that you are a member of MENSA. Great walkthrough and I really appreciate your teachings.
haha! Thank you :) And thank you for watching.
Always the best of youtube play throughs... Thanks! Hope to see the next lost legion episodes soon!
Thanks for the walk through. I always us your videos as a reference for certain rule clarification questions I have.
my pleasure !
Nice Rick. Very exciting to watch the progress in this one! Good work!
Hi, the expansion hasn't changed any of the core rules. So, it is still move then act. Thanks for watching !
Thanks Tom! If you guys have ideas about what I should do next, post a comment!
Hi fredy0908. Sure, I'll cover new things as we encounter them in upcoming episodes. Keep watching ! :)

Smart table space management by using the space the decks are on!
Great video as always! Keep up the great work :)

Meant to say loving the walk through lol

Thanks for doing this!
@16:07 And *that* folks, is why I *love* this game! :) Now, where's that Shades of Tezla playthrough hey?
hey rick, would you be so nice and explain what are that new fields ? great job btw.
Movement can be used against cumbersome enemies instead of using block. Cumbersome enemies have the boulder icon.

DrDalliDalli, thanks for commenting - great to hear !! best wishes, Rick
OK, thanks for the clarification, Rick.
Because "stonethrowers" are cumbersome (expansion) and you can use move points to reduce 1 attack per move point...
Hi Adi, yes, I have it. I picked up the wrong one by mistake :) I\ll fix it next episode. Thanks, Rick

Ah, never mind. It gets used and therefore doesn't go back into inventory.
