    ✏ FAQ
    - What is your name/age/where do you live/where is your church?
    I prefer to remain anonymous simply because I feel like that's what God wants me to do. Maybe that will change in the future but right now I don't think it will. I like to think of it as living Matthew 6:1.
    - How do you choose the bible verses/topics to study?
    A lot of my video topics come from requests from subscribers, so if there's a certain scripture or topic you would like to see a video on leave a comment below. When I'm studying my bible personally, I study areas that I know I need to improve in. Other times I randomly pick a scripture from the bible or I'll look up scripture mentioned in a sermon, etc.
    - What Bible do you use?
    I typically read out of the NIV and I use the Bible app on my phone (made by Life.Church/ YouVersion).
    ✏ ABOUT
    I am just a regular girl who loves Jesus and studying the bible. I have no formal training in the word (which is probably clear from the videos lol). Study the bible with me as I make videos using my bible study bullet journal. Having a bible study journal has helped me learn how to get closer to God. I use my Christian bullet journal as a way to learn more about the word. The bible study videos are typically women's bible study videos, however all are welcome here. I also post a new video every Friday on a new chapter of the bible, starting with Genesis 1! Study the whole bible with me as I learn more about God's word, chapter by chapter. I cannot put into words how beyond GRATEFUL I am for this channel and amazing group of believers that support and share feedback with each other. Thank you from the bottom of my heart ♡

    When you talked about the water turning to blood. I thought about Jesus and how he turned water unto wine. And now as I'm writing I'm thinking of the red sea parting to come and how that coincides with Jesus walking on water. How he was in the wilderness for 40 days and the 40 years of the Israelites journey in the same wilderness. It speaks to how God is the same forever. And before even planning the earth he established the sacrifice of jesus. Even the almost slaying of isaac by his father and the lamb represented jesus, us and the father. All representatives of his love for us.

    I've always been bothered about the 'hardening Pharaohs heart' thing. Today I was reading from my NLT and it slightly worded it differently at verse 3. It said "I will make Pharaohs heart stubborn so that I can multiply my miraculous signs and wonders in the land of Egypt" So that he can! I wonder if it was partly to convince the Israelites as well. If we remember in chapter 6 verse 9 the people wouldn't listen to Moses anymore as they were too discouraged by their enslavement. All of Egypt would have seen these signs, including the slaves, how much more would they believe in their God if they saw him working on their behalf! It makes more sense to me now, hope that helps anyone else looking for answers to that one too. :)

      It also puzzled me why God would hardened Pharoah's heart, but that now makes sense. God wanted to show what he could do to not only Pharaoh but the Israelites.

    I'm really shocked that the Egyptians had sorcerers and magicians that could do wonders just like God did with Moses and Aaron with their rod. The egyptian practices are occult and come from the enemy. And they were doing these things and its ancient history since way back then.. I'm amazed at how compassionate God really is with us

    You addressed this somewhat but would like to hear more of your thoughts on why God would send Moses and Aaron back multiple times fully knowing that they would fail? Great video, thanks!!!!

    • @BibleBujo
      @BibleBujo  3 роки тому +5

      I think it was to (eventually) show Pharaoh and the Egyptians that it truly is God working. I also don't think Moses and Aaron necessarily fail because eventually Pharaoh did let God's people go.

      I think God knew ,that they will fail coz he was the one who harden pharaoh heart at the beginning , I believe He did that not just to show the Israelites that he has the power to free them through miracles but also to let the Egyptians know that there is a greater GOD (verse 5). HE does mighty things in us so people can see and seek him in return . that's what i think ,great video , great content , thanks for blessing my life .

    Why would God need to bargain with a Pharaoh? He's God. Why are Egyptians not God's people? Why when Moses says "they won't believe me" and God acknowledges it and perform miracles to prove it. When today people obviously won't believe without proof but its not worth proving anymore? I'm very annoyed as I read the Bible.

    • @Lmay1787
      @Lmay1787 2 роки тому +2

      God isn't bargaining with Pharoah. The Egyptians are not God's chosen people because they went against God and decided to worship idols. When you say people won't believe without proof...there are plenty of people who believe without proof and God calls them blessed.

    God should not have interfered with Pharo’s free will. That was dumb. Obviously Pharo would have let the people go, avoiding all that trauma. The god of the Bible is so evil. He wanted them to suffer first.

    • @marybalogun4195
      @marybalogun4195 2 роки тому +2

      I think you should read the comment at the top that Leeza Adams wrote. I don't think it's that God wanted them to suffer or was trying to interfere with pharohs free will because God never has and will never interfere with our free will, I think what it meant was that God simply allowed pharoh to do what his heart wanted, God didn't make pharoh harden his heart he merely gave pharoh over to his wishes/desire. And you should really think abt this in the context of the times of the bible when slavery was a very common thing. Pharoh was the ruler of all of Egypt and the Israelites had been slaves in Egypt for almost 400 years so I honestly don't think pharoh would have been so ready to just let them go like that especially when there were so many of them. I think it says it somewhere at the beginning of the exodus but the Israelites were a really big group of people so, of course, pharoh would have wanted to keep them under his control and continue to have them work for him.
