Last night I was really impressed because I think this is the first time I’ve heard someone sing jazz on grand finals 😍
He is so brave to sing a kind of song that only few can appreciate, hands up to you bro, ,
indeed, what a brave man..he only proves that he sings to express not to impress. Just wow. He just enjoyed his performance and that's it. He didn't care if he wins the title, he just want to perform..
He picked that song to complete the last piece of the puzzle in his “Nobela” Journey in Idol Philippines.
His performance was outstanding! Pop/RnB singer singing a ballad and doing it as clean as he did? Well, I really don't understand people! 🙄

Back to his final performance na iniyakan ko cause I know he deserved the spot in Top 3. But after watching him in Showtime and performances in mall shows, listening his original song, "Kayang Abutin" on Spotify with thousand of streams and on radio as this song is always on the chart list and looking forward for more. I then realized, the spot in the competition is not what he deserved but the spot in music industry. He's starting to soar than the others. 👏

This is his cleanest to date. This song choice showed his vocal range in a more relaxed, non straining way. Regardless of the result, he will be relevant in the music industry for very long because he's unlike any other.

This was Dan's cleanest performance since his audition. Wasn't a fan of the song choice really. Not as contest-worthy or true to himself as an artist. Hopefully, he still makes it to the top 3 despite this. If he does, hopefully he returns back to playing an acoustic yet impactful song.

The song choice was not contest worthy but i guess, and lets all be honest, alam niya naman na hindi siya mananalo vs Zeph and Lucas pero he doesnt need to, kasi he won the hearts of the people because of his soul. I guess inenjoy niya na lang ang moment. Halata din naman na inenjoy niya na lang ang kanta.

One of the best performance, I'm also a singer and masasabi ko na nabigyan nya ng justice ang kantang yan dahil sa bridge part ng song na yan napakahirap dahil malaki yung possibility na mawala sa tono, but look at him, he made it. Sayang lang at na eliminate sya but there's a reason for all, malay natin at may mas magandang ibibigay sa kanya.

I really love his voice, tone and the way he deliver it, i think it just the song choice does not really fits to the contest. What i mean is parang hindi pang contest piece ung nilaban nya. I think malakas sana labas nya if ung song na napili is more on pang contest piece. I do personally appreciate the music and genre itself, its just the song choice does not really fits to the competition. Nevertheless, he really showcase his strength, how sweet and lovely his voice. No matter what happened, I believe na makakapasok cya sa Music Industry.

i think for next top 3 performance, they need to change the rule. cause it's unfair (not proportional) if judges 50% because they're only 4, and the voters like thousand only 50%. It's idol, not the voice.
it's not fair seeing the result for top 3. Lance is great. But it explained how judges involved.

I'm a statistician, so for me the rule's not right. It's okay for 50:50 for top 12 to top 6 because judges helped talented idol who less voters, but come on it's getting top.
