Oh hey! Congratulations on starting your MBA! I did the MBA at WGU, graduated in January of 2022. There are times when it seems doable, times when it seems impossible, so just keep going!

Thanks for your comment. I actually did do more videos, but WGU made me take them down. I finished in like 10 days.
@@micalane Wait you completed the MBA in 10 days? Did you have prior business experience? I want to get my MBA but no prior experience in Business.
@@moblack5883 correct. I’ve worked low level corporate jobs for the past few years. Think level 3 at a large tech company. I feel like most of it was going in with a good plan. There is a lot of information on this program but you have to sift through and find the good information. I did that and prepared well. I was able to just knock out one class after the other. I wasn’t trying to excel. I was trying to pass. Your GPA is a 3.0 at the end no matter how well you do.
@@micalaneyou said you get a 3.0 regardless of test performance? How does that work? Also, why did you have to remove your videos?
@@christianoncall correct you get a 3.0 no matter what. It’s pass or fail. No grade is assigned. Apparently, I shared too much information about the classes.
Congrats on burning thru so quickly so far. Now that you're getting a feel for it, what do you think your realistic ETA will be thru getting thru all classes?
7-10 days for the total program. I have 3 classes left and I want to leave time for the capstone.
@@micalane WOW! I start April 1st bachelors business marketing with only the 11 core classes so hoping to be done as quickly as possible...then perhaps MBA.. good stuff!
I'll be honest and I'll admit I'm probably looking at this the wrong way, but I have a hard time taking seriously an MBA that can be done in 2 weeks. How can anything be learned?
One thing I would say about this is that it doesn’t take into account is how much you already knew. Most people aren’t able to complete this so quickly. I’ve been in the business world for years now and I’m a big self learner. I’m constantly reading business books. I’ll be the first to admit that this is not doable for most of the population. I always encourage people not to compare themselves to my journey. I just wanted to share my journey.

10 days total. Capstone took 1.

@@Bannanification thanks! I don’t think you have to be brilliant to do this. I do think you have to be strategic and knowledgeable about how you learn.
Wait did you say you finished the whole Master program on 10 day? How ? Please tutor me. I want to start in Jan or Feb of 2024 and want to finished it in less then 6 months. I am just scared that I won't and might have to push it to a year.
