I love how Tac was animated like a ragdoll throughout the whole thing. Plus, the skintone change was a nice lil detail. It threw me for a loop at first, since I'm so used to characters staying the same shade, regardless of what happens to them, but I like the little touch of realism it gave this crazy, stylized world. I will admit, however, I didn't realize Tac was a human at first. The way he was animated, the ghostly pale skin, the tacs in his mouth, and all the supplies falling out of his pockets. It seriously made me think he was some sort of reanimated doll or robot. Especially with the added context that one of the characters was a bright shade of blue.
The fact that a fifth version of the Recobbled Cut is being made shows that the work to restore it never ends, even after (checks calendar) 17 YEARS?! Damn, that's dedication.
