I don’t much care to be on a roof when it is wet due to rain or from the dew, slippery when wet. But you have to do what you have to do. Good job, thanks for letting us tag along. Have a blessed evening !
Unrelated to this video, and I’m just a homeowner not an apartment maintenance guy, but used powdered mix-it-yourself drywall mud for the first time after watching you use it all the time, and damn, so much better than the premixed. Love your vids, thanks for all the tips I never would have thought of in a million years.
Hey sir Ray! New sub here. I recently moved here in the US and finished a 4-month fast paced HVAC/R program here while waiting for my work documents. And after all was clear, I was hired by a new Luxury Apartment Complex as a maintenance tech last week, and by that time I searched any video/channel on YT that relates to Apt. Maint. because I have "0" experience on that field and boom! I found your channel. I learned and got many ideas before even starting my day 1. Appreciate your time and effort to upload tutorial vids and valuable lessons for newbies like me. I'm spending a lot of hours now everyday (after shift) watching your old videos because I want to learn all of it and I want to catch up to your latest uploads and up to date. Take care of yourself sir!
I watch your channel for a long time you always going to help other maintenance man what can they come help you out when you need it great job on that AC unit 💪💪💪💪💪👍👍👍💥💥💥
It's always timing with finding help. I dont put off repairs i just do lol so no help at the drop of a hat. And the only one that could have helped me was on vacation 😆
