Cargo is way cheaper but stressful. It also depends on family size, for bigger families who cant compromise on African food, cargo is their best bet. But there are restricted items (milk, chicken flavored items etc) that most cargo companies wont ship but can be gotten from African store so you're left with no choice in that case unless you have someone traveling from Nigeria who is willing to bring them along.
You're right 👌🏾. That milk, it's to find some who has the mind and also be prepared that it might be seized. Cargoing is just very practical and affordable.
@@omoaribidesi , of Groceries.. maybe as an single or international student…but for a household/family, shipping is better though might be a little bit cumbersome
I have been to my spice house too severally and they have lots of our foodstuffs but omo 😢. Aidan Fruit (prekese) is very nice especially in pepper soup. Pls sis if you have a legit air cargo send my way biko 🙏
Yes they have a lot of things. Oh, now I remember. I've seen people use it for pepper soup. Okay I will ask my MIL about this one. I just can't vouch too much for them ooo. Because this is our first time using them.
I placed orders for some and bought some at superstore. But that was when they were in season. You would mostly likely have to rely on buying in pieces at the store till next season.
So so expensive. Went to an African store here for the first time since landing, and I couldn't stop myself from doing conversions, adding cargo price, and maybe store price for them 😂, For people that are unable to do cargo, eating Nigerian foods must be something else. Do you think the prices are justified (in addition to operating costs) or way it's inflated?
I can't even tell if the prices are justified. All I know is that they are just too expensive for very little quantities and sometimes little value/quality. I don't even go to the African store unless is necessary. This will be my second time this year. But then again, what can those who can Cargo do? It is well.
@@omoaribidesi You're right... And with the cost of things in Nigeria, the prices will only continue to go up. It's really well o. I'll still come and eat Efo riro if I'm invited sha😁, now that Winnipeg has welcomed me.

Yes I liked before watching
The golden morn is about 29000 naira. That is more than 8 times the actual price in Naija.😮
💖💖💖

If it’s small quantities, you can try Millard & opposite on Cumberland, downtown area…
Small quantities of what please?

I enjoy watching your videos❤
I'm glad you enjoy my videos. Thank you.
I love that Burger peanut but it's now very expensive here in Naija.
Hi Semeha 👋🏻
Wow! How much is it now? The increase in prices of food is just too alarming😥
Something that i will still wash with either salt or lemon
😂😂😂
You can try the powdered milk at Costco, it tastes good but doesn’t dissolve in water well
@@TheKemi-ingWay that's the same issue I had with the one I got at bulk barn. It tasted nice but didn't dissolve well.
Honestly Milk is my pain point in this Canada. The big milk is $75 in African store in Ontario 😢and that Costco milk is not milking 😅
Biko! I will continue to wash 😂
🤣🤣🤣
The owner of the store is a Nigerian na Yoruba self, I have meet with him before
Cargoing is way much cheaper especially sea cargo. The golden morn at 24.99 is about 29000 naira.
Cargoing is so worth it ma. Thank you for everything ma ❤️❤️❤️.
That is why I always buy as much golden morn as possible. It's too expensive.
Do you just put the pepper while frozen in the air fryer
Yes, that's what I do.

Cargo is the way to go gaskia 😂 just that Tpain and inflation is affecting cost of things from Naija
It's the Tpain for me🤣🤣🤣. Team cargo anytime anyday.

Are you for real?
@@omoaribidesi for real, ma'am
My spice house is more expensive that african foodway...par excellence rice is 85$ currently
I figured because the prices of the bag of rice seemed much.
