Yeah, as artists we should kind of know how to do this anyway, but if you're doing a tutorial, it would seem important to include details such as the difference in sizes (even if it's a percentage). For those wondering, this is probably an 11" blown up to 9" and a 9" or 11" inflated to 6" or 7". The duplet square pack he does for the tires around the foil balloons would be 5" balloons inflated to 3.5", but no more than 4". Those are just guesses. I don't have inside information.
