- Make these soft, chewy and stretchy tiramisu mochi/Daifuku at home recently. They are yummy and I had lots of fun while kneading the stretchy mochi, just like playing with an edible slime^_^.
You can microwave the mochi skin like I do in the video. Alternatively, you can steam the mochi batter, 25-30 mins or until it's cooked.
做了超好吃的提拉米苏雪媚娘/提拉米苏麻薯。皮软糯Q弹,冷冻或冷藏后吃都各有风味。这次的麻薯外皮是用微波炉弄熟的,但你可以把它放入蒸笼,然后蒸25-30分钟或直到熟为止。
Ingredients:
1)Glutinous Rice Flour - 100g
2)Corn Starch - 30g
3)Sugar - 40g
4)Milk - 200g
5)Butter - 15g
6)Cream Cheese - 110g
7)Sugar - 40g
8)Whipping Cream - 110g
9)Milo - 2 tbsp
10) Cocoa Powder - 2 tbsp

看起来非常Q弹。没有Milo 可以用可可粉代替吗?做好的成品可以冷藏多久?外皮回变硬吗?很想立即做来吃。😊
只用可可粉會比較苦澀。建議用熟的糯米粉當手粉,最後才撒可可粉裝飾。
我通常2-3天內吃完,還是OK的。短時間沒吃完可以冷凍保存,要吃前拿出來放置10分鐘後才吃
I am interested to try this recipe. May I know what how many watts was your microwave oven set to? Tq.
I don’t what watt is set to,just press the ‘time cook’ button to get the dough cooked
如果放室温,可以耐几天?
