Looks like Jeremy doesn’t sell these anymore, as others have noted. Anyway, for basically the same price you can get original Touratech 15mm risers, well made, good threads and countersunk fasteners...$66 ($6 more). Touratech have done these for years, they look identical.
It does make a difference?? I always get front wheel stuck with sticky mud

are those plans still available? look for risers for my project that uses a 1090 adventure front fork.
Biker Bits....Just a suggestion, I don't know for sure if it would work but wouldn't a small can of Teflon have been cheaper? I'd give it a try. Coat the underside of the fender.
+Jim Mc Might work for a while but a temporary fix at best. It’s only an issue in mud! :-)

Good fix for what would seem to be a poor design by KTM. Why would the fender on an Adventure bike be that close in the first place?

Biker Bits yeah tried that mate only find old ads nothing current I’ve even email old mate through ebay with no reply, touratech also make one apparently but no one in the world has any stock
