It's a courthouse. Why would they need to let them hold press conferences in the building? None of his mouthpieces are on trial(yet). It's not like what they say matters in the proceedings. The potential for witness intimidation, witness tampering, jury intimidation and jury tampering is too great. I agree with the court's decision. Allowing *any* high profile interview within the courthouse would run the risk of that while the court is in session.
Because the court house is not a venue for political speeches. Johnson should know this since he's an attorney, but he doesn't want to do better.
