I am in a zen state for 90% of the time but the mind definitely try’s to have its way at times and will pull me back into fear and worry. I find I have to consciously practice not allowing that fearful energy to seep in. I catch it and switch the focus. It really is something I have to keep in check. I think it’s important to remember we might not always be in our zen state but if we are making the conscious effort to get there we are on the right path. I used to worry I had undone all my good work when I would slip back into fearful mind but I realise now our high vibration can be maintained even when the mind takes over sometimes. It’s all a journey and a learning and exactly as you say the blissful zen state no matter what is happening around us is the ultimate destination. Much love to everyone on this journey 💗💗💗

What I’ve realized is that when I start coming into peace and love within myself that when truthfully yes he does come back around. But then he leaves again and it creates another hurting cycle for me all over again.
Yes so the key is to stay in soul, the more in soul you are the more they can come in. It’s a process and then coming in/out is to help support the purification process. It does ease as you energetically shift xx
How to find peace within myself if I dont have recognition from my TF? I am 100% sure we are TF`s, but he is 15 years younger, and we know each other superficially. I find it’s something I have to practice when they are on my mind too much. For me it’s literally choosing different thoughts, switching my focus and making a really conscious effort to do that. I’ll listen to a comedy podcast, cook, walk in nature, get stuck into some activity that shifts my focus from them. It’s challenging but can be done. I listened to lots of letting go and detaching affirmation videos (Leeora Alexander does some great ones) that really helped me shift my focus. It does take conscious work but with lots of affirmations and being mindful of your mind taking over it can 100% be done. I hope that helps xx
