They do go through their own hell. Trust me, they know about the connection. They feel it, but it pushes them in another way. It causes DF to push their energy out and DM to pull his energy in.
Both polarities are doing the opposite of what they are made for. And it creates chaos for BOTH.

I want to share an experience that will show you are in control. My other me is married, I am not and we are in constant contact. Separation was about 6 months. So a few days ago, the other me contacts me with mad sexual energy. Flirtatious etc. Knowing this was somehow my energy I kept the conversation light and didn't fall for the bait. I instead looked at myself trying to figure out where this energy is coming from since I hadn't even thought about him all day. Turns out he had seen a picture of me. So I ended the conversation peacefully and looked at everything. That's the key, take a step back and look at the overall picture of what's really going on. Anyway, I got sad and then I caught myself and asked why? Then I saw my ego was sad since it's expecting the other me to come in differently cuz it wants an outcome. Knowing this isn't me I said no that's not true. I laughed and went to bed. Woke up expecting the same energy from 'him'. But it was calm, friendly. The way it usually is. That experience totally blew me away! I successfully alchemized the energy. So yes you are in control. Just don't fall for the ego stuff. Keep your energy high and you'll keep going. You can do it! 👍❤️

I had a similarish experience when my other self was in a really negative mood that triggered me, and I had to step back and figure out why I was being triggered by what she was saying. A few days later she messaged me with an apology for how negative she was acting and expressed that she did genuinely enjoy spending time with me. That was a couple months ago though, and at the current moment it's been a week or so since hearing from her after we were wanting to spend some time together and haven't really been able to for whatever reason. I caught my ego overly longing and missing her, so now I'm just recognizing that this is a time to go back in and figure out what else is blocking me or taking up space that needs to be opened up.
'course then last night I had a pretty vivid dream of us spending time together, but I'm just going to take that as an indicator that I'm on the right track.
@@Sorenthaz absolutely! The fact that you recognized this and stepped back shows you that you're in the right track. Too often we look outside ourselves for indication of us doing what's right. When it's all within us. Yup always going within works. I guarantee the time y'all don't talk and the triggers will become less and less.
With ours the dm was awakened and seeking information on twin flames, but couldn't find anything for DMs. I had awareness, but nothing made sense without the missing link, that we were twin flames. Every time she tried to explain, catastrophic events interrupted us, including an actual thunderbolt. Same. Iam happy within myself and by myself. And anytime i try to see anyone else, theres not a very deep connection. Doesn't feel right at all. And if im gonna be with anyone, i only want my twin. Anything else is mundane.

I'm the devine feminine, though male. Not the specific theme in this video, but I wonder one thing about Kundalini activation on the TF-journey. My (final) separation phase is now almost 10 years long. But my realized awakening started only 3,5 years ago (02/2021), and what could have been strong Kundalini-symptoms a year before, in 01/2020 (extreme pains in spine). Is it possible that we have activated Kundalini as late as six years into the separation-stage?? 🧡

The term twin flame separation, does it mean the separation before you meet your twin flame for first time in 3D or after meeting your TF and getting separated.

I believe my TF is spiritual in her own way. But she definitely is more in the matrix world than I am.. but she is a seeker as well. I just don't know if she's really aware of the TF connection.. my TF is married..

It could be that it's impossible for both to know about it - my DM knew but was prevented from telling me by random events, to the extent where she asked her coach to explain whilst she hid nearby, and an actual thunderclap shook the trees just as I learned that I was a divine feminine. My twin fled to the hills in fright.
