Relax, this was likely for the pieces that weren't fully saturated and ended up looking limp or frizzy. It happens to all of us, and I'm not trying to ruin the curls that did turn out good just for a couple of odd strands. It's not dishonest. It's a fast fix & that's what you want at a salon. You could tell most of her curls looked fine after the diffuser, stop acting like she used a curler on all of her hair 🙄

When you bleach your hair, you will inevitably deal with hair that will fall out due to the processing. Since she came in with damaged hair, I'm sure off camera Justin told her that she may lose some of her hair because of how bad the damage was. If you are dyeing you hair like she was every month, things like that aren't avoidable. For her hair type and just by look of this video, I personally encourage anyone that has damage like hers to do a protein treatment right after a salon visit and once a month to help repair anything that looks frazzled. Hair is comprised of keratin and protein helps repair those keratin bonds. Olaplex No.3 is a great option, but for those looking to not break the bank, PLAIN greek yogurt does the same thing any of those marketed protein treatments in Ulta, Sephora, Amazon, etc. will do. I myself have had hair that falls when I process it, so when I go get my hair done, I will bring my personal hair mask with me or check to make sure there is a hair mask option when I am scheduling. If you love your stylist and have a good relationship with them, they will help you to make sure you're comfortable and work with you to make sure you're happy. This is not true for every stylist out there, but if you invest in your hair stylist then the previous sentence will hold true regardless of who you see for highlight/balayage/color work in the hair world.

Options to getting your curl pattern back
    1. Big chop
    2. Chop it to your shoulder, get a haircut regularly
    3. NO HEAT, NO HEAT, NO HEAT
    4. Use products that are silicone free, sulfate free, ect.
    5. What works for others may not work for you.
    6. It takes time and dedication. Most definitely money.

Within two days 90% of my hair had fallen out. I cut off the remaining hair and had less than an inch of hair remaining. A pretty traumatizing experience but I’m glad I’m able to grow my hair out nice and healthy now! I’m glad that she got to take care of her hair and do color the right way! ☺️
