Hunterwood FC7700- Export Hay Press

The FC7700 Loose & Chopped Product Press is Hunterwood's fastest press, operating at speeds up to 35 Metric Tons per hour. The FC7700 was developed to be the most efficient hay press in the world, by consuming big square bales and double compressing them into 450kg bales. The FC7700 has many features that will benefit processors and assist them in being the most highly competitive in the forage export industry.
The FC7700 is capable of pressing a 450 kg (992 lb) bale of alfalfa as fast as every 40seconds (sprint rate). Cycle times are also dependent on the moisture level and density of input bales. These presses have filled a container with compacted hay to 26.5 MT in 35 minutes.

450KG X 60 =27000 KG not too much axle load?

😉most semi trailer trucks = 18 wheelers have 5 axles of which 4 is LOAD BEARING!. So 27.000 / 4 = 6.750 kg on each axle
even if the rig itself is a few thousand kgs i guess you would need a mega armored-heavy rig to get over say 10 ton on each axle.
i remember driving back in the 1970s-80s seeing a few 8 ton limit gravel roads and wooden bridges..
but nowadays almost all new roads are 10 ton + which mean you can have max10 ton on rolling-stearing axles
and up to 11,5 ton on the DRIVE axle if the motor pull on only 1 of the 5 axles on a rig.
