Hay Australia were the first company in Australia to take the jump to direct pressing of 8 x 4 x 3 big bales. It always made good sense to develop a high production process where space , people and hydraulics were reduced. Hay Australia commissioned Technigraphica to design the plant in 2016 and Buschutz manufactured it in the following year. It was implemented in production in 2017 in Yerrecoin West Australia. It is capable of producing 450kg bales at 30T per hour. With more hydraulic power it could easily go faster than that.
