Es klingt sehr entspannend...ich mache dabei meine Atemübungen 4 Sekunden durch die Nase einatmen in den Bauch, der Bauch hebt sich..4 Sekunden Atem anhalten..4 Sekunden durch Nase und Mund wieder ausatmen, Bauch senkt sich. Habe mit 10 min mal angefangen und mache es jetzt 30 min lang...Bei dieser traumhaften Musik ideal...Vielen lieben Dank! Gesundheits und Sporttrainerin Ines Fuchs-Fedrich
