Whats your thoughts on the legalities of cold email? Namecheap for instance has in their ToS that you are not allowed to mail anyone who has not double-opted in to receive mails from you. And that pretty much disables cold mail from the roots.

It's legal to send cold emails but you need to be compliant with CAN-SPAM act. Provide a way to opt out, contact relevant targets (send your offer to businesses that may need your service), contact business leads only, and have your name and company name in the signature. Most of our users are using Google and Microsoft email accounts, Namecheap not so much.

Hey, I think some people may have been confused by this and that's why you didn't get a reply. business to business is abbreviated B2B. and B2C. I'm guessing what you mean is 'can I use this process for my B2C business where my AOV is 100-300. Cold email outreach at least in the USA cannot be used with personal email addresses, only business mailboxes, so it is not really suited for communicating with customers unless they've already opted into your email list. However* you can still use these outreach techniques to do other things like find partners or get funding for your B2C business. So yes, it can indirectly benefit you if you're creative with it.

Been using Instantly leads for 2 weeks and I've got 37.5% open rate w/ 0.2% reply rate on 8,400 emails. Used AI for subject line, AI personalized problem statement, sequencing, giving away the service for free CTA. Your open rate and reply rate are both low so test subject lines and your offer
what @Meltdown56 said, plus check your accounts health as 37.5% open rate is quite low, so maybe there's something wrong with your DNS records. Pretty sure it’s legal if you have a reason to contact them but just google it
@daily23 it should be legal to contact b2b leads, but make sure you are compliant with GDPR. As @user-ok6eq9jx7p mentioned, Google it to find what rules apply in a specific country.
It is illegal in Germany, unfortunately. Be careful! Workaround is B2B Call (allowed with grey zone, google it), then ask permission to send an E-Mail.
