    Lavendar has been a pretty nice tool to both shorten the emails(remove unnecessary language/words) and make the mobile friendly.

      Emails only trigger spam, if they are spam.
      If you're sending reasonably personalised emails, to individual people, you're not going to hit any spam blocker.

      @@SalesmanPodcast well there is quite a bit of tolerance for keywords, so one can probably get away with it
