I love those Heritage bags, but you have to keep them clean and put leather conditioner on them. When I had my 2015, I bought a stiffener kit to give the bags some rigidity. Harley changed the bags on the 2018 and newer and eliminated the sag, but the older bags look better. Take care, buddy.
