My oldest son is in his early 20's and he has type 1 diabetes. But thank God for this piece of article ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxVYhghKWmrUgXARZ_ydZTvmmcrw5L0I5i At first he thought he had the flu and was lying down on the bed for three days until his sister took him to the hospital. They took his blood and it was 600. What I do not understand is how he could have gotten it, since no one in the family has it. But he is winning the battle now. This is good stuff.
My mother had diabetes for thirty five years. Like many people who are diabetic exercise and watch their diet... She eats vegetables and some fish and chicken without grease... She also drinks a green drink a small amount (2 ounces) before breakfast and she is active she is 88 years old.... The doctor recommended insulin on several occasions.... Her family experience knows that insulin causes severe side effects like poor circulation and it leads to losing limbs.... So she said no. Now the doctor commented on her legs and overall health and circulation and eyes are great... She has a heart... She is now free of diabetes SHE BEAT DIABETES WITH DIET..SHE PREPARES HER OWN MEALS ( my mom insists on being independent I offered her to live with me and she is comfortable)... The thing is to discipline yourself, love yourself enough to heal yourself. Simple and rewarding lifestyle.
@@teratokomi8731 studies show it. Being exposed in cold temperatures stimulate β‐adrenergic receptor (βAR) and release of norepinephrine. This leads to increased rate of lipolysis and mitochondriogenesis (aka browning of the white adipose tissues).
Fight back by changing your lifestyle it's actually rewarding.... You become healthier, happier, and feeling great keep your eyes healthy and all your limps in tact any way that's what I recommend don't take insulin...
So, Type 1 and Type 2 are completely different conditions and the only link is insulin. It doesn’t really matter what you do to your glucose levels with Type 1. You have approximately 2 years to live without treatment if you restrict your diet. Type 1 is caused by the pancreas basically ceasing insulin production, and without insulin you don’t have the ability to process glucose. Type 1 diabetes require regular insulin shots to live. Type 2 is a mainly lifestyle disease, often linked to obesity. It can be controlled by diet and oral medication. Controlling brown fat might well help Type 1 diabetics to have less fluctuations in glucose levels, but it is not going to cure them. The fact you are being so vague is very misleading and potentially dangerous.

There's good fat . Fish contains good fat.
You don't need to edit your genome. Regular exposure to extreme cold is the easiest way to develop brown fat tissue.
What makes you say this? How does being exposed to cold help you?

What color is "baby fat"? I still have the "baby fat" that I was born with. It wont go away.
😂😂
There's a new technology that increases brown fat on the body. Cold showers.
That's what brought me to this video.
Love this direction, praying for a real cure for diabetes
That musak is driving me crazy, please make it stop.
Instead of gene editing, try fasting, exercise, and healthy diet. Just a thought.
These generally dont work for diabetics.
Doesn't work for hypothalamic obesity. Try educating yourself instead of judging by what works for you
@@ellewoods9396 You don't have to be rude about a simple suggestion. How many people do you know with this condition?
I love how suggesting a healthier lifestyle gets people upset somehow like its a bad idea in general or something

Just eat Resveratrol rich foods and fresh uncooked chillis, healthy foods and regular weekly cardio exercise.
Wow, very interesting!
Very informative. Thank you.
Very good video, would love to see more like this.

Epigenetic routes are much more accessible to the average person.
amazing
nice video
The drawing hand interferes with focusing on the subject matter.
Also cryotherapy
Well, if you expose yourself to cold then brown fat increases. You don't need to lab grow it or whatever.
I would call it Yellow fat or Yellow Adipose tissue, not ‘white fat.’ That is misleading.

If "WHITE FAT" is yellow, then why don't they call it ''YELLOW FAT''? Duh.
