Very good information. I have undergone total gastrectomy surgery in the year due to GIST. I am taking daily one tablet of imatinib 400 from 2013 to uptill now. As my two segments of liver is affected by the metamorphosis GIST. I have done the PET scan and doctors said that it is in complete remission. Still I am continuing taking the imatinib as per the doctor advice. But I am not able to get my pre surgery health. How can I develop my health.. please advice.. with regards...

স্যার আমার দীর্ঘ ছয় মাস যাবত পেটের সমস্যা। পায়খানা কখনো দিনে একবার হয় কখনো দুইবার হয়।কখনো দিনে একবারও হয় না। কখনো নরম কখনো শক্ত। কোন ঔষধ খেলে 1থেকে 2 দিন হয়তো একটু ভালো বোঝা যায়। কিন্তু তারপরে আবার একই রকম হয়। সব সময় পেট ভার ভার লাগে, পেট মনে হয় ভরা আছে এরকম লাগে, এখন আমি কি করবো স্যার প্লিজ দয়া করে যদি একটা রিপ্লে দিতেন

Thank you Sir.kindly suggest specific food apart from dal which causes gas problem for me. Today vegetables are hilghly fertilized with added insecticides . What best can be done to prevent the side effect form these to save the liver.
