Nice video lads. You should have more subs. As a Skoda owner, I can tell you about washing it. I haven't washed it since November. The results are not too bad, after a good rain storm the thing looks ok. I'd define a Skoda owner not as tight, but a person who doesn't give a toss.
one of the reasons I changed my 206 gti for an 1.4tsi octavia was because you just melt into traffic and get no looks from other cars lol and then is faster than the gti, go figure (not in tight corners) kind of a sleeper with the stage1 I have :)
We have one of these, 67’ plate, had it since almost new. The 1.6 diesel is clean and super efficient. Trips 4 up, full load and board bags, 375 miles to St. Ives from where we live in Essex; 40 quid each way. Great daily too, we love our family wagon. Looked at more premium brands, but chose this and glad we did!
Got my Skoda Octavia scout just over 2 yrs ago had 100.000 now has 170.000 still drives smoothly I change the oil twice a year it’s great off road in thick mud and snow love it…it’s a 2010
Very good review, the Octavia estate is a durable workhorse, built to last. They are reliable, inexpensive to maintain, reasonable for insurance purposes, and economical, they offer excellent value for money, and are very practical, what more could a customer realistically need from an estate car?❤.
Meanwhile me as a 22 year old who wants one of these...I should probably be concerned but there's something charming of the idea of putting a million miles on one lol...not that I could afford to do that.
Your description of us more mature folk (65) is pretty close, the scarf and the jumper with a budget mind set is me all over .....LOL (omg its like looking in the mirror), but i`ll keep the shoes just for driving & indoors (not even I would walk around a supermarket in those), the only other thing I would say is, us older folk would need a taller car (bending/back issues) = so a Skoda Yeti would be my choice.
93,000 miles is not high in a diesel Octavia, I ran one for 380,000 miles from new. High mileage? Buy a diesel.
I easily get a petrol to 180.000-190.000. had to sell it because the clutch was worn out and I didn't have the nerves to fix it

Your skoda owner description is spot on!

My first car was a skoda that someone gave me. Loved that car, so reliable and good size boot!

Can't believe you actually kept the kidnap bit in. She is so happy
Of course! It was such funny timing, we had to keep it!

why did you quit after this one car? You should have continued in the same style
Im in my 30s and I want one coz about 4 times a year i do a 400 mile round trip. Just want something comfy and sensible for motorway cruising.
Really a bump in camera quality!! Also love the matching jackets and t-shirts, hopefully this channel grows a lot so you guys can continue this
Have to question the longevity of a three cylinder one litre petrol engine

Funny you say that, I'm a 20yo who just got one (for a great price!) so I can say it really is great, I'm lucky. Not to rub salt in the wound 😂

Impressive beard
Two men really struggling to find anything at all wrong with a Skoda Octavia estate car.......love it 😂
These cars are absolutely enormous. I would sooner hire a van for an occasional tip run than buy a car for the purpose.
You forgot the flat cap.
Darn it, you’re right!
one answer only, yes
It's the frist time I see an Octavia with no heated seats.
Haha class lads
They are beast cars
Brynn looks way too comfortable in that clothing 😂
Recognise my home town from the video 🤣
Skoda owners are all the same, just as all men with beards are the same.
Did somebody tell these guys they were funny? Ffs, grim stuff
Very lame
93000.high mileage? 😊😊
Why is it England think that’s high and everywhere else sees that as almost new 🤣
