It feels threatening because it is a threat. If you aren't careful, you will be stuck with them too.
Pro tip, as someone who has done wooden flooring: when laying your stir sticks (at 1:44), instead of having a line in the exact middle where the sticks meet, offset them to give it a more natural look. In flooring we used 6-8 inches as our guide (obviously you’d have to scale that), so that no two ends would ever line up and leave a definitive line down the middle of the floor. It gives it a more staggered look and helps break up that line I see a lot of times when you make fences or walls out of wood. Just thought I would toss this tip in, in case it’s useful to anyone.
if you want craft foam to look like leather you can crumple a bit of aluminium foil and iron it on top of the foam to give it the texture, it looks pretty neat

I think what makes this video so great other than my great love for Zelda and crafting is HOW you explain things like a proper crafter. Just how you tossed the base to the side “that looks good” and “BIG STICK” had me laughing so hard. I appreciate this video so much because it’s exactly how I would talk to my friends during a project. Just thank you. Just the part even when you using the shirt on your back- I have so many things about this video that just stuck out to me. Definitely on a replay list. Overall result was amazing. You're like YSAC plus Micarah Tewers, a combination I didn't know I needed until now.
To texture craft foam like leather, scrunch tin foil and unscrunch it again. Lay it on top of the foam and press down with a hot iron. Just make sure the foam doesnt make contact with the iron haha. The tighter you scrunch the fool the finer the texture will be 🙂

After having played through botw (not finished yet no spoilers plz) and having encountered countless stables, it reminded me I needed to watch this again, so I have. The clock tower from Majora’s Mask is a really good iconic Zelda structure! And has potential for lots of fun details, like the owl save point. Especially since the town changes at different times! I love this video, the process to the edits!

Thank you! Admittedly, I haven't seen much Futurama, except for a few episodes during its original run when I was a kid. I was always more of a Simpsons seasons 1-9 person. I hear good things about the show though and have been meaning to give it a watch.
