    I loved the video and your enthusiasm very much! As a fellow Iraqi with a plan to return to Germany after my medical studies, your motivation and passion is infectious. That's it I'm doing surgery 😂 in your opinion, which state has the shortest waiting time for the Approbation application? My degree is European and I'm a German citizen fluent in German.

    Whats the point of residency when your senior doesn't want to teach you?

    I'm going through your English videos as I'm not yet fluent in german but is there a video explaining the payment system for a surgeon? I know that a chefarzt makes around 10k net. But does a surgeon get just as much as a internist? I mean it doesn't seem fair!

    • @doctoruniversity
      @doctoruniversity  10 місяців тому

      It is about the same. I don’t know about fairness. But it is the way it is. Average surgeons are not payed much better than average internists.

    Im currently living in Germany and try decide if im going to stay or go to UK.I'm interested in Cardiology.Do you think is worth of staying? My girlfriend is already working in pneumology Department and its true the culture is self taught culture.But the thing that disappoints me the most is the working hours.12 hours per day is unacceptable

      and I truly appreciate your honesty and willingness to help.
      I want to ask also about research opportunities beside working as assistant arzt (physician-scientist pathway), is it good and strong in Germany? I'm totally into that too.
      one more question, after obtaining the facharzt certificate, can I work like half of the year in Germany and the rest of the year in my home country? and if It's possible, will I still have good opportunity to develop my career or I'll still as I'm?

      @@al-mishkah6970 As for the first question. You need to find a job in a university hospital. there it is more than possible. The second question. Yes you have to get your hospital to agree. But I know some doctors who did it. It is definitly possible.

    Hi, I’m looking for an advice: I’m graduating in Mexico next year, by the time I’ve got A2 German and studying B1.
    My first choice is plastic surgery (mostly reconstructive), therefore I’m doing my social year service (a mandatory thing here in Mexico) in microsurgery lab at a public hospital with a plastic surgeon specialist.
    Here in Mexico I see very possible to get in plastic surgery also the training is amazing, because we have TONS of patients so that’s equal to hard work and a lot of practice (not a suprise why Mexico is in the top 5 best countries for plastic surgery), but on the other hand there’s better life quality in Germany.
    What would you recommend me? Either doing my best to try plastic surgery in Germany or here in Mexico?
    Thank u so much and congrats for such an amazing video!
