Idk if its true but i was always told that food and exercise right after creates cramps more easily and then when ur swimming it would be hard to get out if you get cramp
So on the sitting close to the screen one, if your eyes r too close to any screen they will focus too much, straining your eyes. The farther u are away, the better as u arnt straining so hard. Just not too far. And on the catch a cold one, the cold weather weakens your immune system, so it makes it easier to catch any cold viruses
