I’m Recommending Aesthetic for women! It provides even symmetrical gains with the option to focus on women’s most two important/ stubborn areas. Glutes and Abs. Round butt , flat gut what more could you want. I also find women tend to get bored easier than men and Aesthetic offers enough variety to prevent that. I’ve got wide shoulders and a big butt And aesthetic works great for me. I can focus on Abs and strengthening my back. Aesthetics all the way ladies!
I have all your programs but a couple. Mind Pump always has sales. And I love the mini cycles. Doing a de-load this week with half the weight, then starting Maps split next week using a reverse diet approach! I’m so much stronger than I used to be. I also ask Dexa-AI all Fitness and health questions. It’s like having Sal, Adam and Justin’s opinions right at my fingertips.
I just purchased the combo: Strong, Split and Symmetry with the additional purchase of Maps Prime. I am hoping I made a good choice! I’m female…48… I have been consistently weight training for 17 months and have lost 20 pounds since early March. I have about 10-15 pounds of fat yet to lose, but I am entering a stage of caloric maintenance and perhaps a slight increase over maintenance for a while. I want to build more muscle and then do a cut in about 3 months. I just need to decide which program to do during the building phase and which program to do during the cut. I'm currently doing strong while cutting calories and it's a struggle 😂😂. The 1 phase and work sessions kick my ass. I needed to bump up my food intake to feel better. My opinion symmetry would help you.
As a woman, im finding anabolic is very male orientated. Loads of upper body, including shrugs! Which woman wants a thick neck? Plus very little for glutes and legs in general. However, i love your podcasts. Very insightful.
I think they recently explained that the emphasis on shrugs is for the fortification of that area in relation to all the deadlifting that program has, but you're totally right.
Would be great to have one for kids. I’m struggling how/what type and appropriate exercises to help my 10 year daughter with long term mobility, performance overall athleticism. Or I’m just overthinking 😅
Im a woman and im 50!....50 years old(SNL if ya know ya know😂) I just started starter about 2 weeks ago. Realized i really dont have glutes and/or am not using them. My back hurt all the time and squatting would take it over the edge. Ive had to do alot of stretching. I really like that i can search you tube and find more info on how to do almost all of the stuff. I dont really like working out and have to make myself do it but when im done im glad and feel badass! I like that its minimal equipment too. I also bought prime but havent gotten to work that in yet and am wondering if i need symmetry before black friday sale ends🤔
What if we didn’t use the code? I bought 8 programs. The prices automatically went to 60% off. Does that mean i missed out on my contest entries? ….., also would have been nice to know about the triple entries before I bought them all last week. You should have done that in reverse vs penalizing the early birds who are most likely your biggest supporters.

@@heatheranderson2618 I think I was muscle mommy and anabolic.. I ended up getting the BODI membership… BIG MISTAKE!!!!! They do 20 rep 15 pound not rest in between sets… I am not an expert but I think that is the wrong way!!!! It takes me forever to finish there workout because I has to stop the video after every set.. I wish I saw this video before returning the program because the program was not the problem. I just selected the wrong one..

Hey there are many fav. Anabolic is good, strong is good. But I think Anabolic advanced has got it all. Failure training. Mobility. Volume training.
I was gonna ask about anabolic advanced. Debating if I wanted to get it vs performance advance.
