The building with the bigger tower almost next to this is Christiansborg, the building of our Government and Parliament. That was where all the ceremonial parts of our recent transition from Queen Margrethe to King Frederik took place. This is indeed in the center of "power" of Danmark. The Supreme Court is also nearby. And several Ministerial buildings as well.
