Time for somewhat of a comeback, so what better way to revive the channel than with Early Reg tour. The quality is fantastic. The performance is amazing.
Part 1 has some really clean singing and has some nice phrasing on "people out there like you".
Part 2 is really funky with Sugarfoot having fun with the drums and Elton sounding very clean and hitting the "Kid In Me" sections very well.
The piano solo in this is excellent

I never would have thought that I would hear something new from this era of Elton's work, and if I also imagined that it would be such a high-quality recording! to be honest, I can't believe, with these neural networks, I won't be surprised at anything anymore) maybe because I listened to Elton a lot and especially the recordings of the 88th - 89th year, but today I can say for sure - I haven't heard anything more TENDER than the first part of Mona Lisas for a long time!😢 the second part, to be honest, was not so impressed, but considering that this is the second one? the show on this tour and the QUALITY OF THE RECORDING - I have to say: it is the real gem!! where can I hear the full recording of this show?!)😮

As it was sung in "someone saved my life" :
