I admire Christian Von Koenigsegg for what he has done in such a short time. All the Koenigseggs are gorgeous, but the Regera is by far my favorite. Absolutely brilliant!!!

The fact he is able to make his cars from the ground up, including the engines, and now those amazing carbon fiber wheels... not to mention the innovative way he combined electric power with the one gear transmission into a hybrid masterpiece. He is truly an innovator, artist, and great engineer. They should start building him statues in Sweden.

Richard Cuico what i dont get it is that why the hell they are not making a video about how koenigsegg regera does 0 to 400 in 20secs bugatti chiron already claimed the world fastest car with 32 secs from 0 to 400 ffs
I think the Regera is still in it's developing stages. When I looked into the cockpit, they had a computer hooked up to the car monitoring all the systems. If I remember correctly it also had to stop multiple times as it was making its way from Malibu to Monterey. So they probably have some quirks they have to figure out before they can run it at top speed. On the other hand, Bugatti's car the Chiron is completely finished and ready to go.
Bugatti's claim of 13,6 second for the 0-300km/h sprint for the Chiron isn't slow but it's 2,6 second slower than the Regera.
Well One did 0-300-0 in around 13 sec if I remember

Richard Cuico I did an interview with Christian 2 years ago about it and chatted on update last year again. I'll likely go drive it later this year in Sweden when I visit.

Notice someone says at 1:55 - "In my dreams". This is what most people say. In other words, this is something that stays in their dreams and they don't really believe they could own one. Folks, if you are creative, work hard and believe in your dreams, it's entirely possible to own a car like this.
The Koenigsegg Agera is too brutish looking for my tastes but I LOVE the looks of the Regera. The front end looks like a Manta Ray and the back end looks like a spaceship. I also love that deep candy red color combination. This car and the Pagani Hyaura are absolute works of art. What this car has that no other supercar has (except the all electric Concept 1) is an insane 1,475 lb/ft of torque! Koenigsegg claims that the acceleration from 150 to 250 km/h requires just 3.9 seconds! What a damn pity Koenigsegg made such a limited number of them and theyall are sold out. The only way one can hope to buy one second hand is if some Saudi owner has to deleverage after Iran trashes Saudi Arabia.
You're completely right about the first part. Like yourself, I believe that if you make it your goal you can own one sometime down the road which is why I made this channel. Actually going for an Aventador. Let's hope in the future though you can buy a second one though from a Saudi owner hahah

I live in Sweden about one hour drive from Koenigsegg factory. I grew up with posters of Lambos and Lotus on the walls. To me Koenigsegg is just another sports car manufacturer. But how about you? Does the term "just another sports car manufaturer" upset you when it comes to Koenigsegg? Where would you put Koenigsegg compared to Lamborghini, Ferrari, Pagani, McLaren, Lotus and other manufacturers?
As much as I'm impressed with their results I have to agree with you, Koenigseggs do looks stunning but they never did it for me. The Italians are the type of cars that tugged a string in my heart. So to answer your question, I would put Koenigsegg below Pagani, Ferrari, Lamborghini, Bugatti, and McLaren. I would have it in that order as well. How about you? Where would you place Koenigsegg compared to these brands?

To be honest I'm not quite sure either how it would perform against other hypercars liks the La Ferrari, 918, and the P1. I'm guessing they haven't released info like that because it can't compete against them. In terms of how fast it can go however, I guess that's where all their effort is going towards

The three spoke venom wheels though :( I have looked at this car so much and really didn't want to write a negative comment. It is such a beautiful car and the wheels are carbon and the car is the absolute pinnacle. The wheels just remind me of 3 spokes and they were awful in the 90's, nothing has changed. The car is slick and I just think if the paint jobs were all one colour and they sorted the wheels out it would look so much more prestigious. It looks a bit cheap instead of slick. Am I the only one that thinks it? The car is gorgeous but I just think a few small changes would make it so much more classy.
To be honest seeing this car in videos really doesn't do this car any justice. I agree on video the rims do look a bit tacky but when you see them in person they look so much better! That's just my opinion and hopefully when you get a chance so see this in person maybe you'll change your mind too! Also, I think they made the rims with a simple design because anything too difficult would prove to be too hard to do with carbon fiber.
Richard Cuico I will definitely have to try and have a look at this car in person! I'm in Australia so it might be difficult. I really wanted to find a Lamborghini Aventador SV as I dream of owning one, it took me a few months but I found one.

There will always be one on sale guaranteed. Even if it's not, for the right price the owner will sell it to you. So you can't think like that because if you do, you're already self-sabotaging. Don't think it's impossible from the start. Just believe it's possible and later when you have the money then worry about buying it haha. Don't worry about it now.
But I believe you can do it. You just have to believe in yourself. OR believe in the fact that I believe in you to make it work. You're smart you'll figure it out as long as you keep fueling your desire with more fuel.

regera looks good from the front and sides, but that rear is ugly. It needs something like a P1 rear end or something with a center that's shaped like a V to match the point of the front, but an inward V, not pointed out.
