Insane, where I live that would of been one helper to complete that job. Shit in my area most residential roof replacements are done by crews of 2 guys 3 if they got to rip it, even water proofing crews only run 3-5 man crews depending on the footage of French drains.

May I suggest a power floor scrubber for when you get to bottom and remove any and all foliage that has accumulated in the pool? It’s just like the high pressure water wand that was used on the walls, but it has a circular base with multiple sprayers and it’s used to clean sidewalks.
