Lynn could really motivate, Staley could really talk, and McCoy was a hell of a coordinator. Harbaugh? This guy can flat out COACH. After a decade and a half of fandom, I can't say enough about how excited I am to see the organization- FO all the way down- be such a competent bunch of pros.
Money's point about the culture change of treating OTAs and work and a job it is what I've been thinking about all last year. As a professional athlete, you have worked your whole life to get to this point. Moving from college where school is your job to playing professionally as your full-time job. Harbaugh understands this and is infusing this team with that culture shift. I also love his energy and love for the game. I can't overstate how excited I am for this franchise and next few years.
I am from Quebec City Canada and been a Chargers fan for 15 years and watched all their games. I can honestly say that I am so happy and excited to finally see a real change in the culture and way coach Harbaugh and his staff will make a big difference in the way we will be playing. Who has it better than us ? NOBODY !!!! ⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️
You can criticize Michigan for being a college team, and it all might not work at the pro level... except it did. Mike Macdonald moved up to the Ravens, proved the philosophy worked, and got a HC job out of it. And then you look at Alex Smith when Harbaugh was with the 49ers. Not that Harbaugh made him good... he simply cleared the way so that Alex Smith could be Alex Smith. Coach coaches the team, gives players the opportunity and the permission to show their work. Harbaugh has a proven formula for coaching football and giving players the opportunity & permission to compete. Yes, Harbaugh's recent run was with Michigan. Michigan played pro-style offense and defense, not a more robotic plug & play college formula. There was a lot expected of the players, and that came across in the players from Michigan that did get drafted. Mike Tomlin was blown away during Michigan's pro-day because it was a such high quality player environment (in terms of personality and mannerisms, not pure athletic measurables, because Michigan is not a 5-star high school recruiting magnet). Yes, that was Michigan, but it's also the kind of program that Harbaugh wants to build.
Great job as always! Hope to catch yall in Charlotte. Bought my tickets already. I do have a question 🤔. I attended the game against ATL in 2022 and I was 4 rows from the field. I got the tickets for the game in Charlotte and to get a totally different perspective I got tickets 4 rows from the top. Did I make a mistake or all seats in a stadium are good considering the jumbotron?
The more coaches can connect with content creators the better, would be nice to see some 3d simulations to pair with the talking points to help illuminate the ideas
When everyone was upset we didn't hire Sean Payton that year he went to Denver, I was glad because I was hoping for the Chargers to sign Harbaugh someday.
I don't mind if a full rotation. Pipkins could be a great guard but I kinda like them having him as insurance. We all know injuries happen especially freak ones if something happens to anyone of our Tackles go down other than pipkins they have basically nothing.
Don't overlook my Dux-man, Troy Dye, at linebacker. He has some pop and is a very smart player, also a terrific addition to the locker room. Henley, Perryman, Colson, Dye and Niemann. It will be awesome to watch how these players respond to this team, coaching and culture included. And Ben Herbert is the cherry on top.
Im a faithful but ive been keeping up with you guys since Jim signed with you guys. Then Jim sign Bow to his staff and you drafted my favorite player of all time son. I hope you guys realize what you have in Jim. He is favorite 9ers coach of all time after Bill Walsh. I will be chearing for you guys but if we both make it to the super bowl then i wont for that game 😂😂😂.
Don't think charger fans travel well. We all just can't afford to live in San Diego any more so we moved 😅 San Diego could never have home field advantage with how many want to move here and then being a military town only added to that
Nevermind about Joe playing guard because they have no one other than him & Pipkins. So now I really wonder why he should need to start inside they have so many bodies at those positions already. All you have to do is look up the depth chart.
@@ruckdafaiders Im with on the best 5 start kick a swing tackle inside then who's your swing of any of are tackles get hurt. It can't be pipkins because he's your starter, now you have to have a guard play tackle. They have plenty of guards on this team they basically have maybe 4 Tackles at best.
@@ruckdafaiders it's got to be interesting how they use their depth because they have a lot I think Pikins should still be our swing maybe they can get one of their back up guards to that. I don't know.
@@ruckdafaiders the sad thing is its not the tackle problem for this team it's that they have a crappy interior O-line. This interior O-line was horrible & has been for like 16 years now.
@@jdl619 no, you just kick Pipkins out to Tackle if there’s an injury at Tackle and play one of the so many bodies at guard. Or you play Salyer at Tackle because he’s already shown he can play. Are you a Charger fan? Do you watch the games?
Piping rap music into ones ears dumbs down the individual listening to it. I'm sure the players complaining about it are gone. Banning that music is a neat little way of filtering out dumb and dumber.
If they do an 18 game season, EVERY team should have their first bye by week 8 and no team should have both. Their second bye should be after week 8 & required to be at least 4 weeks after their first. I can just see the NFL screwing the Chargers and giving them a week 2 & week 6 bye.
These guys look like they will run through walls for THIS coaching staff , last year they looked like they would run to 7-11 for THAT staff !!!
There was that one time Lynn told the team the season was over when they could still make the playoffs.
37 year Bolt Fan. For the FIRST time since Marty, we’ve got a head coach. You guys do an awesome job. Thanks for keeping it up all year

Listening in late May because the Chargers have: a) Justin, b) Derwin, and a boat load of great people!
This could not be missed if you are a true Chargers fan! Follow through! Focus! ( no music)
I'm a faithful but I will also cheer for you guys because of Jim, Bow and Brenden.
Guess I'm a die hard 🙃 consistency... you guys got it. I appreciate the great content you guys feed me. You guys never fail.

Well said , my friend.
Alex Smith was a better player when he was with Andy Reid than he was with Harbaugh.
Must be nice for the guys to have a real legit coaching staff
Three and a half months before regular season play, I cannot wait!! ⚡⚡⚡⚡⚡⚡⚡⚡⚡⚡⚡⚡⚡⚡

Jumbotron , & bring some field glasses... hahaha!!!😮
I've never been there either but I heard that most all the seats are good. They just are better at building these places now
Jim Harbaugh

Trey never should’ve been extended at that price. He’s sub par by a long shot.
Woods Baylor pics were bad throws right to him. Woods doesn't have what it takes. I think he gets cut or practice squad.
Anything else on Colson’s injury?

So you guys traded away Keenan Allen and Mike Williams and traded UP for a guy who caught 2 touchdowns last year and you’re stoked 😂 🏈 🏈 💀💀💀
Love you fellow freaks!
How is QJ looking?
Notre Dame plays games in Ireland. Why hasn't the NFL?
