I have this rc for quite long time now. I didn't know someone like you have an interesting ideas on it. Please enlighten me what motor could fit into this rc? I'm planning to change my motor.
In fact, I had already planned to swap the engine for the original trx4 21t engine. Unfortunately, I didn't have the right pinion gear, but in principle any motor for 1:10 models would do
Sorry, I don't know exactly how to program this with the Esc, but I think the easiest way would be with the Traxxas tqi link module and the Traxxas app, if at all. I haven't really dealt with that yet. I always prefer to build than drive
@@chriscrashrc2982 you can change the mode to crawler mode.. just hold the button until time blinking red light , then its turn to crawl mode..but its not 100 percent breaking maybe my moto still original. I think need to change moto..

The body mod is really beautiful and the placement of weights is something that is new to me. Thank you for sharing. I curious, with your strategic distribution of weights, up to what degree of inclination can now climb?
To be honest, I haven't measured how much more incline it can climb, but on reasonably firm ground or carpet it is quite steep. By how many degrees I can't say. I'm still not satisfied on loose ground, but that's probably due to the lack of grip on the tires.
@@chriscrashrc2982 Almost done with the body modification, mate. I wish I could post the picture here. BIG THANK YOU for the inspiration, my rig now looks pretty cool :)
I feel honored and happy if my video was an inspiration and you are successful with your modification. That's exactly what I think is so great about this hobby, a huge rc family, respectful, helpful and friendships
Since the original servo is smaller than most standard 1:10 servos, I had to remove the plastic from the servo bracket on one side of the model. So I was able to use the original screwing points on one side and also glued it in place. I hope I could help. if you have any further questions please contact
@@chriscrashrc2982 Thank you, I was quite surprise how hard is to find better replacement part. Only one which is recomended by many people is JX PDI-2506MG, which has just about 6kg power, it seems quite weak to me :-(. So do you think only solution how to get stronger servo is to pick bigger servo, use one-side screwing point and glue as secondary security? Didnt you find any other suitable replacement?
To be honest, it was like that for me ..... 1. I only paid € 75 for this model 2. I was dissatisfied with the handling 3. The plastic parts of the steering were broken after a very short time .... So I started to tinker ... And then there were only 2 options. I install parts that I have there in order to improve them and make them ready to drive again or it goes to the scrap or ebay as a spare parts donor. On the whole it worked for me and withstands the stresses, but whether someone wants to go the same way has to be decided for themselves, depending on how much the thing is worth to one
@@chriscrashrc2982 Thank you for your answer. I have quite good determination to upgrade this model slowly part by part. I have no huge demand for this model cause I am just beginner :-) ... so at first I will try to get that suitable 6kg micro servo recommended by others and when it will not be enough for me, I will try to go similar way as you. ;-)
At the front of the steering I shortened the silver tie rod from a 1:10 e-revo to the right length. I did the same with the red tie rod from a Mini 1:16 e-revo and used it as a handlebar. The shocks are from a 1:16 mini basher (Hellseeker from HobbyKing) but unfortunately out of stock. Unfortunately, I cannot answer whether the installation of a 2-speed gearbox is possible. I mean that I've seen something where someone uses a self-made 3d print for it. Otherwise I only took the servo, the Esc and the receiver from the trx4. Except for the magnet body mount, everything is original. I hope I could help. If you have any questions, just contact us
@@chriscrashrc2982 thanks bro... Do u have any idea about the right scale of this thing.. definitely not 1/10 .The correct wheel base so that we can mod it with other scale parts

First of all, a big fat thank you. I'm really happy that you like it. But there is no pretty or better one, everything is special and unique in its own way. hobbyking.com/de_de/basher-hellseeker-kit.html?___store=de_de This is the link to the kit I got 2 times. Had seen with my assembled 1/16 Mini basher that the shocks have the same length as the original ones. Since I still had a complete kit as a spare part, I took it. But there are also some at banggood, but I would have to look for the link again

Hi, please help me, I am looking for replacement of stock servo. Does this servo fit smoothly or is it necessary to do some upgrades? Thank you ;-)
