Being a UA-camr is very similar to running a business. You should upload thing people want to see, just like businessman should offer product/service that people need. When the growth is real, you should consider hiring people with different skills (editors, script writers...) and continue to maintain a channel image that your viewers have in mind when they see your video. The most difficult part is starting. If I hadn't found Famester (which really helped my channel kick off), I'm not sure I would write this comment today.

There are some great info in this vid, however I feel that all the real methods are being kept as secret. I understood that after reading an eBook. I was able to grow my cashcow accounts drastically. There are so many important (mostly Blackhat stuff), that are not being discussed anywhere. There are methods such as "Mom\Child Growth", how to rank listing, proper offsite SEO optimization etc. Unfortunately it is not possible to play according to the rules f you truly want to grow your personal account\business drastically and pass UA-cam algorithm.

As someone who does UA-cam videos, let me encourage everyone to do them. I do NOT do them to make money, I do them for my family. I grew up with a dad who had an 8mm video camera. The home movies were always a hit with the family. Now that my sister and my dad are no longer alive, I cherish these videos even more. It is a great way for families to enjoy seeing their loved ones any time they want. I have cousins who miss their family members that are on those old home movies too. Guess what, they are on UA-cam!
