Those are 8 cylinders engines with 1 spark plug under each of the 8 ignition coils. Four on each side for a total of 8 spark plugs. I think you mistakenly said there were 2 spark plugs under each ignition coil. Couldn’t figure how to remove that rear engine cover with the air cleaners on each side. Your video explained it well and I was able to change the air filters as well as the spark plugs in my 2009 GL450. Thank you!
