Unfortunately, here in the U.S.A, we are set for a serious population decline as the baby boomers pass away; I love you Mom! I do not know about the rest of the world, but a population explosion is not the case in the U.S.A with the large divorce rates, baby boomers passing, and the smaller size of the average family due to dual income families having less children. This is painting an ugly picture for the housing market here in the U.S.
There are many laws! law of economics is one form, what dictates economics. fertility rate! in oder for a economy to sustain its self the fertility rate must be 2.9 meaning a couple must have 2.9 kids, atm the fertility rate of u.s is 1.3 or 1.4, no nation has ever, EVER recovered from a 1.9 rate, its been going down since the 30s, who ever uped this video CLEARLY did not do their homework, there are many reasons as to why this rate is at 1.3, there is simply not enough space to type all.
