How we store Corn in Bulk.

This is how we are storing our corn in bulk. With a quality grinder, we will have a seemingly endless supply of Whole Grain Cornmeal and Whole Grain Corn Flour.
Please comment on what your favorite Corn related dishes are and what you would make with this much cornmeal and corn flour. 🌽

Excellent way to store corn. Now we need a grist mill corn grinding video. At 200+ pounds, I take it its sitting right there. Keep them coming!

I ordered an electric mill last week, but it's supposed to arrive today by 7:00pm.
It's been raining on and off all day today so I stayed home to make sure it stays dry. I've been starting seed trays today as well. 🙂

I have a small table mount grinder but I'd love to find an old McCormic Deering hand grinder if they make them.

I stored fresh, organic, white, dried dent corn in 5 gallon buckets, with gamma lids and I just now had to throw 2 buckets away due to mold growth. I'd highly suggest using oxygen absorbers as that was likely they issue. Beware of mold growth in long-term storage. And I've only had that corn for like a year. It was so disappointing 😞.
