How did you secure the post

I hammered them into the ground and then filled them with sand. I believe they were 36" long with only 18" now showing.

My 2 cents
Way too much video on digging pits. Edit that out. Falling asleep…Show us enough to get the idea…
This a 30 min video. 10 mins better …
