Shame it's not available for the UK. All of the options here, like Xero, Freshbooks, etc., are expensive and they increase their prices every year.
Are you able to categorize multiple items in each vendor transaction? ie My total is $600 to a vendor (say Amazon) and $200 is office supplies and $300 is parts and $100 is shop supplies. Can it be broken down like that? Also is there a Cash Basis option? or is it just accrual?
can this be used in other countries outside of the USA?

Hello! Would you happen to know how to enter starting balances from a trial balance? They used to have a starting balance tab under accounting and since it's gone I can't figure out how to enter my trial balance figures by journaling them. Their information to do this is not specific with the expense accounts. Thank you!

I don't see why you couldn't use this as a bookkeeper to help your clients. Since it works the same as quickbooks online and I know bookkeepers who use that for their clients.

Does wave do a consolidated financial statements for all the businesses?
As in having multiple businesses? Not that I have seen to be honest.
Does it have an inventory management?
can I import Quickbooks data in this platform?? (If you know) I truly don't want to pay Quickbooks $600.00 per year.

Thanks! I've been using it for years now and it's safe. I do wish they had 2 factor authentication for extra login security. I am now using it for all my businesses. I also part of a non-profit that uses Wave for our bookkeeping.

I am still using it. Yeah, they started charging the auto-import which was unfortunate to see.
Is this compatible with mac computers?
Yes, it's all done through a web browser so you can use it on a mac as well :)

Thanks! There is a pro plan now, although it would not be required in order to connect your bank. I'd send over a quick email and should solve any issues going on.

Yes, you can do that with Wave. I have my tax accountant and bookkeeper connected to my account and can give them different permissions to my account depending on what I want them to have access to.

It's not the paid version (and the paid tier wasn't announced before this was filmed). Everything I covered in this video was the base free version of Wave. I would be explicit if there was a cost during filming.
