On your free version I was not able to fill in my income chart so it is not complete. Did I miss something I would have loved to give it a good try but now I feel disappointed and can not complete my task

This is good just add the actual costs and i think it can also be used for projections as it outlines everything from costs to profits.

Very basic. Income, Expenses by category. keeping a running bank balance total, Reference and details columns, balance sheet. Monthly summary report, and also transaction report (audit tail) is what I currently have (had). Also nice to have is Balance sheet transfers in and out. I like the spreadsheet but need a couple more income lines or at least the refund to customer to show a positive, as we do not refund payments. We are a small business that has sales and service. We do not refund product or service. I am in to process of setting up the spreadsheet and think it will be fine for awhile. Do you have any other products for when we need a bigger accounting package?

why is the profit/loss always positive?
You have REFUND to customer as Income which creates a negative value (Excel, USA model). Can you please explain how to fi this?
If you enter the transaction as a postive number it comes through as a negative number on the Income Statement and gets subtracted from Sales Revenue.
But I don't want it to subtract. I want the Refund line to be a positive income catagorie

I'll numbers must be entered as positives. Income should be correct if entered as a positive.
@@mark-and-trina I have also had this problem. Everything I enter as a positive number in the second income space comes into the report as a negative.
