Can you please put the new videos in the Playlist according to the system so it would be easier to schedule them? You are a big help in journey, thank you!
Thank you for this explanation. I have a long family history of this. Presenting as abdominal aorta or disection for 6 great uncles ( sudden death), my grandfather, and my father. They all had Cysts on the kidney. My brother just had a uti and upon further examination he presented with a 12mm Cyst. As well as high blood pressure. He was diagnosed with poly Cystic kidney disease. My dad is working on getting the diagnosis as well.
I love your new method in explaining diagnosis and treatment ❤ Please do neoplasm of the prostate and bladder and kidney + testicular disorders (Cryptorchidism , hydrocel and tumor)
Hello Sir. I‘m a great fan of your video lectures. Could you please make a lecture video on Amyloidosis ? I would really appreciate it. And keep up the amazing work ❤️💯
A 25 years woman represented in emergency room in El Noor hospital with sever lower abdominal pain and localized in the left iliac fossa. On examination, she was pale, has tachycardia and sever hypotension (suggestions of internal hemorrhage). She had two missed periods and pregnancy test is positive. What is the most suggested diagnosis?
New subscriber here 👋 Thank you for the video, sir. Amazing. I learned a lot. One thing: ADH doesn't work like that. It binds to aquaporins and causes fluid to flow, but back into the bloodstream, not into the lumen. The fluid (urine) comes from glomeruli into tubules, and in tubules, aquaporins enable reabsorption of the fluid into the bloodstream. I would say that the cysts are propably filled with fluid because of the big diameters of the cysts. There is a relatively small absorption surface for the volume in the cysts. But this is just something I've just came up. Maybe it's not true.
My confidence now moved from 10% to 100%😂. Exam here I come. Thank you Ninja😊
The fact that this is the first Ninja Nerd video that popped up in years for me is crazy. CIlia is actually what I currently study in my PhD program
No way you dropped this video after I JUST got back from the ER for scattered renal cysts and stones lol
isn't ADH supposed to cause water absorption from aquaporins rather than secretion? how is it responsible for the cyst formation
