Car dealerships crush it. You should do video ads with a combination of image ads for them. Sell them the branding effect along side with getting quality leads because you will do video ads for them. Ship them a microphone from Amazon and send them a script. Tell them to shoot it and then you send it to an editor to edited. Then you put that as an ad on FB or IG
Stupid Question here: I'm new for the most part. In marketing to local businesses if I landed a local account and they pay me $500 a month for Content Facebook advertising and the rest do I take out the charges from Facebook for ads and Google ads out of that 500 or is that an additional bill that I sent to the local business? Thanks
All niches have there ups and downs. It about inovating and putting in effort. But niches like real estate and morgatge brokers are easier to get on a meeting.
Hi Sukh, I have a question.. I live in Vancouver, canada and I am planning to set up a marketing agency for real estate agents in both U.S & Canada as this is a niche I am personally interested in and something I can see myself working long hours in. As of September 2024, do you think this is a good niche to get into? Since 2016, I am hearing that USA is on the brink of the worst recession ever but as we all know it hasn’t happened. So I am wondering if opening a marketing agency for realtors is a good idea right now. I would really appreciate your advice, thanks!
I believe they mostly rely on contractors and they get consistent jobs. Renovations or roofers would be better I believe as they always need new clients
i’ve heard about SMMA a year or 2 ago, and i have no idea on where to start due to there not being that much information on how to actually start without someone selling me a course, im fresh out of high school and dont have much to spend. but i do know that i wanted to do SMMA in the roofing industry niche. does anyone have any tips as to how i can start?
Two part question - What is your personal favorite niche? And of all of the niches you've tried (chiro / dental / medspa), would you recommend going into one of them, or is it too hard to come up with a new offer that will land meetings at this point?
My favorite has to be the dentist because they always have money to spend on their marketing. But like all of these niches, it’s going to be hard in the beginning but as you get some testimonials and crack paid ads, you will do great!
Great video! What about driving schools? What type of offer can we give the owner of the driving school? How much could the percentage for each student be or should we just have a retainer?
I would go with retainer model always. The front end can be a bit different and then you want to come back to retainer. I believe it’s a good niche tho
Thanks Sukh, it's incredible informative, and I can tell that you have put in a lot of effort. Appreciate you. Can you tell me your honest opinion about car detailing niche? There is a rumor saying that this niche is screwed because of Tony Le, but I still value your perspective, hope to get some info from you. Looking forward to your reply.
Hahah one person can’t screw up an industry lol 😂. I think it’s awesome man, you just need to go in with a no brainer offer. There will be some that done have the budget some will. It will be a numbers game mostly. Car detailers are always looking for more clients. Maybe start off with a smaller budget and then increase it as they are getting results.
You can have a offer like pay per close, every deal they close you get payed! or have a long term deal with them cause for realtors, it takes a month or two to see results.
Thinking of going after doctors in general - private clinics and hospitals. What do you think? I anticipate you have to be careful while running ads for doctor especially facebook ads
I think it should be good. I don’t know a lot of people that are in that type of niche. If you feel like they really need the help and do things like FB and IG then go for it!
im in the dentist niche , i wanted your advice please, my outreach method is cold emails , but its so hard to find the owners email, do you have any ways to fix that? or should i just cold email the business email ? i need your advice since this was your niche too
What do you think about home security niche? ( in my country they are like no ads on home security, but it is pretty unsafe ). Think that could work great running FB ads for those companies.
I am thinking about fitness trainers and gyms. I have a question do most businesses want to meet the agency owners or the person who are handling their social media in person or is it possible to close a deal on a live call or phone call?
closing deals over Zoom has been just as effective as in-person meetings. I've signed up 300 clients this way. It's all about having both video and audio on to keep it engaging. If a client really insists on meeting face-to-face, I'm open to it, but only if they're within a 20-30 minute drive. Anything further requires a pretty solid deal on the table. Zoom calls are the way to go for saving time and getting more done.
How about accounting firms & Bookkeeping business’s? Could there be a risk of capacity of clients they can fufil since the clients are usually long term? Thanks!
I believe it’s really good niche. It depends, some clients would want to expand a lot, some may not. So you just have to find the ones that are really trying to grow.
They're definitely in demand, but I believe its more B2B than B2C, which changes the game a bit. I'm would lean towards plumbers or renovations, like bathrooms or kitchens, for more direct consumer impact. People always need those fixes and upgrades.
How do you feel about the Health Insurance Space? Most of my clients are already in this space but I have been wanting to niche down and specialize in one area.
Yes, if you are thinking about niching down you definitely should. IF you go all in on one niche, especially one you're already familiar with, you can do really good. It’s gonna be a breeze to train your crew when they're all on the same page, focusing on one thing. Plus, when clients see you killing it in that one area, they'll be lining up. So, niche down always. If health insurance is a niche within then I would go for it. Make sure there are enough businesses in that niche! Hope this helps 👍
Hi Sukh. Why restaurant is a good niche? They are not high value transaction. They have to have a lot of sales to cover back the ad spend and also our management fees for managing FB ads for them.
You want to market bigger restaurants not smaller ones with low margins. So the client can get ROI. Or you can pick another niche if restaurants are not to your liking.
Man super video I have a marketing idea to get more buyers for fashion retail stores + grow their e-commerce customer base through content & paid marketing. what do you say?
Best way to get dental clients as a beginner if you didn't have money for paid ads? And also what service would you offer (fb ads, tiktok ads, youtube ads etc)?
lean into cold emailing. Dentists do check their emails regularly. Package an offer so good they can't ignore it, maybe with a guarantee. Something like, 'If you don't see results, I'll give you $500 for your time.' Also, TikTok ads could be a good angle worth exploring. Fresh and different can really stand out. Hope that helps you kickstart things!
@@sukhbains_23 thanks man! And would you recommend getting the actual dentist's email? Or is the general practice email good? I've been struggling to find a big list of the actual dentist's emails
I don’t think a lot of agencies hit up watch dealers as much as they do with something like dentist so it’s probably not saturated. I believe that one could be awesome
Just the video I was looking for. Good stuff! I just created a digital solutions company (drop-servicing model) and I don't have any clients yet. Your “no-brainer guarantee" is a solid idea, would you suggest I invest my own money for adspend and outsource the services to a freelancer until I gain credibility? I do want to try to scale without losing any money but I'd like your input. Thanks!
Thanks man. I would not spend my own money for a client. They will get brand recognition, and potentially some customers. So they should pay for it. I would also try to learn how to run ads or deliver the service myself first and then hire someone. If the freelancer leaves you, you will not be able to service your clients.
Yeah, you’re totally right. MedSpa, Chiro, Dentist - they all seem saturated, right? But here’s the thing: while there are bunch of agencies trying to work with them, not many are really hitting the mark. A lot of these businesses keep jumping from one agency to another, just searching for that one agency that “gets it.” So, if you zoom into just one of these niches and absolutely crush it, you’ll be the best in that niche. Just focus on delivering killer results for that specific niche. Once you do, and you keep leveling up your game, more clients will come running. Sure, on the surface, everything looks saturated. But what’s really lacking are top-tier marketers who can nail it for them in their specific niche. That’s where the real opportunity is. And of course, it takes time to get good so niche down and start mastering it! If people don’t trust you right now, just do the marketing for them for free in the beginning. Once you have proven yourself then you can ask for money. Then you can learn by spending their ad dollars, potentially getting them results and also learning the skill 😁. Hope that helps!
@@sukhbains_23 So the ad spend should be covered by client, even if I’m working for free, right? Thanks a lot for taking time to answer to my question 💪🏻💪🏻

Would offering a crazy risk free offer be sufficient. Once i have the first client and first testimonial, itll be ever so easier to get my next and my next etc? Any tips on how to get my first client without social proof and case studies?
Hey, thanks for the love on the videography, we are trying make it look as good as possible for you guys!🙌 Now, about getting that first client without any social proof? Totally get where you’re coming from. If you’re not super confident about your results yet, just hold off on charging them. Offer them what I like to call a “no-brainer guarantee.” Basically, you tell them, “Let me handle your marketing, completely free. You only pay me when you start seeing some real cash coming in from my efforts.” It’s a win-win. They get someone who’s eager and motivated to get results that’s you! and you get to learn and refine your skills. Yeah, there’ll be a learning curve and maybe some misses, but once you nail it, you can start charging and absolutely dominate that niche. Start with one, prove yourself, then scale up. I know agency owners that have scaled past $100K in all of these niches. It’s all saturated, but not with people that actually know what they are doing. A lot of them are rookie marketers that just want to do a quick money grab. If you get good at what you do, you will crush the competition.
The dumbest thing in this space is looking for an unsaturated niche. What’s better is picking a niche you understand. Do research (talk to people in the industry) Understand their marketing pains. Start reaching out. Do it for long enough you’ll scale to $10k per month in 3 months if you just do out reach every day non stop.
If you're brand new, I think it's a bit hard. So, I recommend starting with easier niches like realtors, car detail companies, and business owners who are more willing to hop on a call. Most dentists are busy and won't talk to anyone they think may potentially waste their time. Let's say you went in and you already had a dentist clients. They would be more interested in talking.
Niche do not saturate
The offers do.
1. Real estate
2. Dentists
3. Med Spas
4. Physiotherapists
5. Chiropractors
6. Roofers
7. Coaches & Consultants
8. E - Commerce
9. Restaurants
10. Fitness Trainers & Gyms

I know agency owners that have scaled past $100K in all of these niches. It’s all saturated, but not with people that actually know what they are doing. A lot of them are rookie marketers that just want to do a quick money grab. If you get good at what you do, you will crush the competition.
If you can out improve on your deliverables then you will do just fine
Only offers saturates not niches
The dumbest thing in this space is looking for an unsaturated niche. What’s better is picking a niche you understand.
Do research (talk to people in the industry)
Understand their marketing pains.
Start reaching out.
Do it for long enough you’ll scale to $10k per month in 3 months if you just do out reach every day non stop.
weird, your setup looks somewhat like Iman ghadzi's
Yea it similar but different at the same time
L LIST
Send me your W list bro and how much you doing per month? 🤔
I know u r Punjabi 🙂
Yes i am bro!
Do you think Dental niche is wayyyy too saturated and a newcomer shouldn't get into this?
If you're brand new, I think it's a bit hard. So, I recommend starting with easier niches like realtors, car detail companies, and business owners who are more willing to hop on a call. Most dentists are busy and won't talk to anyone they think may potentially waste their time. Let's say you went in and you already had a dentist clients. They would be more interested in talking.
I have niche down my agency for coaches and consultants for paid ads recently.Came across your channel great marketing agency content! Thanks
Fantastic!
