My concentrator didn't have that black filter you took off and rinsed , mine opens up to show the white thing shown here but no black filter looking thing

In the 10L the door is different and it did not come with a filter. Am I supposed to havw a cabinet filter?

I did purchase this concentrator but i cant feel the oxygen coming from the tube is this normal? Even the light indicator is green

Try putting your cannula under a cup of water ,this will move the water if it's working correctly
