I really love this format with the pictures and you going through the game in 30/40 mins,some youtube battle reports are either 3 hours of people talking with chat 80% of the time or not competitive gameplay at (which isnt a bad thing). One suggestion I have is if you could add more pictures for example at the end of each players turn that would make it even better and it might help you remember better what happened. Also a followup video on turn 1 scoring for pariah nexus would be a good idea I think
not sure if you have any custodes or sisters players in your group but would love to see them in this style of battle report. It’s much better for this calm, shorter form battle report where you explain the tactics of it. Helps a ton!

Nice Bat Rep as always Derek. Loving the content. Just remember in pactbound that the rhino Mark restrictions still apply. You had a Khorne and Slaanesh Rhino so the Nurgle cultists wouldnt have been able to start in there.
And repeatedly get nerfed? Every viable loyal unit gets nerfed bro, you don't want that pain lol the dark angels literally have to replace their "ravenwing" detatchment with Renegade raiders to be playable.... the lion lost his -1 to wound from THE EMPERORS SHIELD and he lost his 2 dmg sweep and he only went down 50 points for that! Most units are just legends now but the ones that aren't all went up in points and their book when it came out might of been the worst book in 10th so far.
Actually Tzeentch ACDC in Pactbound Zealots detachment ( I know seems strange ) works like the Dark Apostle Relic from Cults detachment. Just heal 3wounds and ressurect 1 body during command phase with the heal stratagemt. So you can heal a wounded Torment and bring back one full body.
@@40kDirtbags yeah, it's why I said seems strange 😅 I ran it a unit like that in the past before getting nerfed. Easily healed 2 wounds ressurected a torment and 3 small ones in 1 command phase which was wild for the opponent 😂
Still not 100% comfortable with melee rules so I wonder how the terminator activate to kill lord's squad. 1. Can you pile in onto something you haven't declared a charge against ? 2. If termi have declared the lord's squad, is the charge succesful even if they cannot contact them ? 3. Following your activation, can you 3 inch move into engagement range of another squad ? @@tonylittleton8549 you have to read the wording. Having the keyword lets you crit on a five. Five. When you have a hellbrute nearby, you gain lethal and sustain at the same time. So when you look up the word lethal and sustain anytime you crit it procs that. So since you crit on a five, you gain both
I think tht DA player... Need to understand what is staging... Turn 3 he could control the center and his left flank all the game... if he wasnt over comint to that 2nd round charge... He basicaly lost 900 pts and left the other two DWN with out any support... For a rhino and chaff... He got screaned. Basicaly he lost when he waste 2 cp on a DWN that shouldnt be on the open... More often than not... The game is not win on turn 1 but is lost on the move phase of turn one... Needs more 3 rounds games reps nice report...
