Facts. There’s days when I get so overwhelmed by anxiety and bad lifestyle habits to the point where I just want to give up completely on life and hope for the best that something like reincarnation exists so I’ll be reborn probably someone better. But then I read or watch a Bruce Lee quote or documentary that snaps me right back into reality. This man’s quotes and perception on life is almost nearly supernatural- yet still human and down-to-earth. It speaks a lot of volumes to me. It gives me the strength and tenacity to keep it pushing forward through a shitty life a little bit longer. ❤👍
Bruce Lee was more then just a martial artists. He doesn't get enough credit as a spiritual teacher for personal development. He used martial arts and meditation to get to know himself. He trained his body, he disciplined his mind and he expressed his soul. He was an artist of life.

Mainly Muay Thai but always had a philosophical feel to the art of combat. .my brother killed himself 4 months ago and apart of me died 2 years ago fighting my own demons..and i havent fought since, Battling my own demons..and now im back at it..maybe its my time to express myself again...be well all . Strive for the best *EDIT* I am still at a complete loss for words ..Again I ask for forgiveness for those who reached out. The zest of Bruce Lee's philosophy was to express yourself.. not lying to yourself , genuinely express yourself to truly know yourself .. and he acknowledges that it's very very hard , that Is the pinnacle of understanding .. to understand oneself truly is one of the hardest thing and then to express yourself is the peak of human endeavour . Bruce expressed himself and his philosophy through martial arts , that was his tool.. it could be singing , dancing, sports , boxing anything that truly helps you express yourself .. for me it's writting ..

Excellent video love the music he is my biggest inspiration the legend Bruce lee I also do martial arts so in that way he inspires me and in life. His philosphy goes way beyond fighting he was talking about life itself situation come up. How you handle your self conduct yourself carry yourself etc . Thats what Bruce was talking about fighting was just one aspect but it was not the main thing he was expressing. The man was so ahead of times in so many ways he has been gone for over 40 years and threw pop culture, technology, Generations he is still a huge iconic figure and very respected there will never be another Bruce lee in a 100 years there just those people who come along in a life time he was one of them.
