That is simply amazing to see, especially if one could eat actual fresh produce in space in lieu of the standard freeze dried MRE type foods. That must have been an astounding feeling on the ISS.

I guess that it has to be pollination by hand, I can't see them bringing along the insects needed for pollinating the different kinds of vegetables and flowers.

I just wanted to say thanks for making these videos. I am continually disappointed that some great informational video like this have few views and dumb videos get tons.
