It's not Dave Brubeck playing, It's the Dave Brubeck's Quartet. And the composer of this exquisite piece is not Brubeck either, it's Paul Desmond (playing alto sax). My deepest respect!

I've had this on repeat for days. I have it playing in the background as I work during the day and as I relax in the evening. One of my favorites and I have played a lot of these over the stay at home work mandate for approaching two years.
This song reminds of a movie regarding a well organised heist at London 💎,and also an advert of Tusker Export in Kenya and of course DHS band my classmate Mr.Sampao playing it after preps in the Band Room 😢

This was but one track from an entire album (“Time Out”) that was an experiment in time signatures. I bought it when it came out because of Joe Morello, I was learning to play the drums at the time and I was inspired by his understated elegant way of playing. I still can listen to the entire album over and over. Really one of the best jazz quartets ever.
